Nice aroma of tangerine and orange marmalade, a hint of crushed gooseberries and kiwi fruit. Flavour of oranges (incl. bitter Seville), piney bittering hops in the finish. More of a West Coast IPA than a double NEIPA in my book, but who cares, as long as it tastes good?

375 ml gold waxed bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 13.3%. Pitch black colour, small brown head disappears instantly. Aroma of salted peanuts, hints of roast malts, caramel, molasses, vanilla and bourbon. Minimal carbonation, sticky mouthfeel. Very sweet flavour (way too sweet), with the same elements as the aroma. Would not buy again.

330 ml clear bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 7.2%. Reddish brown colour, large to moderate off-white head. Aroma of vinegar, lactic acid, sour berries, lemons and caraway. Very acidic flavour, lactic acid and vinegar galore, also lemons, berries and caraway. The extreme acidity makes it undrinkable for me.

330 ml can in cardboard cylinder (Berserk series), at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 12%. Black colour, moderate tan head. Distinct boozy aroma of dark rum and oak, hints of fusel and molasses. Warming mouthfeel. Sweet and rich flavour, again distinct notes of dark rum and oak, some roast malts, hops do not come forward, but there is a slight bitterness in the finish.

Aroma of caramel, medium roast malts, brittle, raisins and prunes. Smooth flavour, with the same elements as the aroma. Moderate hops. Nice to drink.

Nice aroma of "spicy" saison yeast, and white grape must or white wine of "spicy" grape varieties, notes of cellar and oak. Very dry and crisp flavour, notes of brut sparkling white wine, some yeasty notes, the bitterness is very moderate.

The flavour is medium sweet, with notes of tropical fruits and citrus, a very moderate bitterness in the finish. Nice to drink.

Dry flavour, notes of resinous hops, grapefruit and hints of tropical fruits. Oct. 2022: 330 ml can, 2022, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Hop varieties are not mentioned on the can. Dirty yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Distinct aroma of yellow stonefruits and tropical fruits. Fizzy, citric and thin mouthfeel. Citric and slightly spicy flavour, one-dimensional.

Medium sweet flavour with distinct fruity hops, mainly the same elements as the aroma, piney finish, a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste.

Aroma of citrus, hints of tropical fruits and spruce, a less pleasant hint of sweat. Citric mouthfeel and flavour, bitter finish. One-dimensional, but not bad.
