On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Opaque yellow colour, large white head. Distinct aroma of yellow stonefruits, also tropical fruits. The flavour has the same fruity notes, but also a distinct resinous bitterness.

750 ml green bottle, from the cidery. ABV is 8%. Pétillant-naturel. Apple varieties are Rubinstep, Aroma and Katja. Extremely pale straw colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a large but shortlived head. Lovely aroma of fresh eating apples, a hint of sulphites. Dry and crisp flavour, notes of apples and brut champagne, must be excellent with seafood, particularly salmon and trout.

May 2020: 500 ml can, from Joker Vatlandsvåg. ABV is 2.4%. Hazy pale straw colour, pours fizzy with a large white head. Aroma of a grapefruit soda / pop. Mouthfeel is slightly "beery". Flavour of grapefruit soda / pop with a hint of hop bitterness in the finish.

April 2022: 500 ml can, from Coop Extra Prestemarka, Tau. ABV is 2.4%. Moderately hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Strong aroma of apricot and elderflower soda and candy. The flavour is way too sugary and sweet, notes of artificial apricot and elderflower candy.

500 ml can, from Coop Extra, Tau. ABV is 2.4%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of citrus zest. Flavour of citrus zest and citrus concentrate, a hint of malts in the background. Refreshing.

May 2017: 330 ml can, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 5.1%, IBU 30. Black colour, moderate beige head. Moderate roasty aroma, notes of cold coffee, hints of chocolate and cocoa. A moderate roastiness in the soft flavour, mid between sweet and dry. Hints of mild coffee and chocolate. Decent and definitely drinkable, but hardly a masterpiece.

May 2017: 330 ml can, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 6.4%, IBU 55. Hazy brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of malts, citrus fruits and earthy hops. The flavour is first malty but not too sweet, with hints of rye bread, then citrussy and earthy hops come forward. Medium bitter finish. A fairly decent winter ale.

Hoppy flavour on a medium sweet malty base, again with notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit and pine needles. Resinous and bitter finish.

Sep. 2017: 330 ml can, as Fourpure Deucebox Citrus Double IPA, from Ales By Mail. ABV is 8.3%, 70 IBU. Deep golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of tropical fruit juice (including mango and passion fruit) and fruity and piney hops. Hoppy and very bitter flavour, but also a considerable sweetness of tropical fruit juice.

Oct. 2017: 500 ml can, from Ales By Mail. ABV is 5.9%, IBU 56. Golden colour, large white head. Lovely aroma of tropical fruits (mango and papaya), also citrus. Flavour of citrus and piney hops, hints of tropical fruits, the bitterness appears as moderate. A well balanced and very good beer.

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Golden to orange colour, large white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, silage, spices, herbal hops and oaked cider. Dry flavour, the mouthfeel is fairly thin for its strength. Brettanomyces, malts, a hint of malt vinegar (but not really sour), herbal hops again. Nice enough to drink, but not quite in the league of trappists.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken (n/a dpt.). ABV is less than 0.5%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of pink grapefruit and other citrus fruits. Citrus fruits in the flavour too, fairly good body for a n/a beer. Bitter finish, becomes sharpish and metallic in the finish.

I did not take note of which hops were used, and I am not sure that it was mentioned on the can at all. I hope this is the right one, as it is the most recent. (Untappd has a generic listing.) Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Hoppy aroma and flavour, notes of citrus and tropical fruits, hints of spruce.
