Very pale golden colour, just the slightest haziness, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of apples / apple peel / apple kernels, a hint of sulphites. The flavour is medium dry, distinct sulphites, a bit dull.

Sour flavour of brettanomyces, lemons, white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar and oak.
