375 ml bottle, as Salikatt Phoenix 2021, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 13.3%. Black colour, no head and no visible carbonation. Moderate aroma of malts, molasses, oak, fusel and bourbon. Some slight carbonation in the mouth. Sweet flavour of medium roast malts, molasses, caramel, treacle, oak, a hint of bourbon. Nice enough for sharing, but I doubt if I would buy it again.

Strong sweetish aroma of pilsener malts, flowers, honey, grass and herbal hops. The flavour has first some malty sweetness, immediately followed by distinct and herbal bittering hops.

330 ml can, Cardinal Pub, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5%. Opaque red to purple colour, large and lasting pink head. Distinct aroma of raspberries - some unripe, some ripe and some over-ripe. Fruit smoothie mouthfeel. Sour flavour, loads of lactic acid, sour raspberries and redcurrants. Refreshing.

Malty and fruity flavour, notes of melon, a hint of some undefined sidenotes, not bad, but not quite "up there" with the best Salikatt ales. A moderate bitterness in the aftertaste.

Fairly light bodied, but not bad at all for a 4.7% beer. The flavour is not too sweet, and has the same elements as the aroma, with a moderate but well balanced bitterness. Enjoyable, may well buy again.

On tap at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal, Stavanger. Opaque yellow colour, moderate white head. Both aroma and flavour have notes of citrus and white grapes, also hints of tropical fruits. Despite all the fruitiness there is also a distinct and well balanced bitterness. A very good beer!

Soft and citric mouthfeel, moderate carbonation Citric flavour (various citrus fruits), not too sweet, hints of pineapple and spicy hops, some pine needles in the finish, moderate to low bitterness.
