Well balanced and very drinkable. |

Aroma of moderately roasted malts, chocolate, oatmeal / porridge, mild coffee and prunes. The flavour has a fairly distinct fruity acidity, notes of plums and prunes, possibly from the kveik, not sure if this is intended. Otherwise the same elements as the aroma, low bitterness. |

Nice aroma of kveik (Norwegian farmhouse yeast), notes of ripe and over-ripe yellow plums, sultanas, hay and a hint of oatmeal. The flavour is moderately citric, hints of yellow plums again with a moderate fruity acidity, the bitterness is very low and the finish short. |

Not much of a hoppy bite, but definitely drinkable. As far as dubbels go, there are many "real" Belgian specimens that are better, though. |

Golden colour, low white head. Very moderate aroma, not as hoppy as expected. Decent hops throughout in the flavour, some malts too. Smooth to drink. (Score: 3.1). |
