The aroma was ginger, wheat, and coriander with trace hints of other spices. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is spice and ginger up fromt, and wheat and grains in the finish. I quite enjoyed this one.

The dark wheat is a nice touch.

The aroma was wheat, ginger, and herbs. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was very reminiscent of a ginger pale ale, no sour notes to speak of.

The aroma was spices, cloves, wheat, and a faint whiff of tea. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was wheat, spices, and some citrus. Quite fresh, and quite good.

The beer pours a hazed medium gold colour with a thick bubbly head that is short lived as are all Macro beer caps. The aroma is stale grains, metallic notes, and cardboard. No wheat or spices. Is it age, or just bad beer? The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is definitely wheat with bubblegum in the mix. Still not a lot of spice or hop notes on the tongue. It certainly tastes better than it smells, and to be honest is quite a bit better than some craft witbiers here in Ontario.

Possibly a symptom of being 5 months old. The aroma is wheat malt, some wet cardboard, and weak floral hops. The mouthfeel is light bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is watered down wheat, with some bubble gum sweetness and weak bitter hop finish. Not very good.

The aroma is more barley than wheat, with herbal hops, some spices, and a definite yeasty note. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, crisp, with average carbonation. The flavour is wheat, some tart fruity notes, and a definite yeasty flavour. Witbiers aren’t my favourite style, and this champagne take on the style didn’t help that opinion any.

The flavour is dominated by the wheat malt with light sweet notes and yeast in the background. There is very little bitterness in the finish

There is not a lot of bitterness in the finish.
