The aroma is coffee, roasted malt, and licorice. The mouthfeel is full to medium bodied. The flavour is bitter coffee, yet very smooth. Outstanding!

12oz bottle <br> 5.4% ABV <br> A gift from a friend who just got back from a wedding in Hawaii. Who would have thought that Passion fruit could be used to flavour a wheat beer? I get the sense that the underlying beer is more of a witbier than an American wheat. The beer pours a hazy yellow topped by a snow-white head. The aroma consist of wheat, spices, and light fruit (Passion I assume). The mouthfeel is medium bodied with mild carbonation. Flavour is slightly sweet, certainly not overpowering.

The aroma was sweet malt, fruit, citrusy hops and some grains. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The alcohol was definitely noticeable in this beer. There was a sweet fruity note to the flavour along with a bitter citrusy finish....but again, the alcohol was the winner (or is that loser) in the flavour category.

2012 Vintage <br> 355ml bottle <br> 13.5% ABV (as written on the bottle) <br> King/Spadina LCBO Outlet (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) <br> April 5, 2013 <br> The beer poured a dark translucent ruby colour with a very thin head and some floaties. Aroma alcohol, raisins, caramel, and molasses. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with ample carbonation. Flavour is sweet with the alcohol leaving a trail down to the stomach. Caramel, raisins, and molasses dominated the flavour but I felt I could detect some candy sugar in the mix. A very good beer, and definitely a sipper!<br> <br> This was part of the 2013 LCBO Spring release, but this would have been great as a winter warmer.

Bottled April 15, 2013 so quite fresh, but just doesn't thrill me.

The aroma is roasted malt, yeast, and earthy notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, almost champagne-like, with above average carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt, burnt wood, and a bit or tart&#47;funk. An interesting take on a style I could care less about to begin with.

Aroma is tart cherries, funk, and yeast..........very saison-like. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Tart fruits and yeast domninate the flavour with some spiciness and herbal notes rounding it out.

The aroma is citrusy hops, some grainy malt, some metallic notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is definitely leaning towards the hoppy citrusy side with notes of light grapefruit, as well as good grainy malt notes. An easy to drink IPA.

The flavour is yeast, citrus, and the spices really come through as an herbal addition to the grains.

A very good stout, nothing spectacular, but nothing at fault, either.

Flavour is strong on the bourbon with the caramel and roasted notes in the background.

The aroma was slightly malty and very grainy. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The taste was grassy with some bitterness thrown in (invisible hoppiness?)
