500ml can
5.4% ABV
Milton LCBO Outlet #1 (Milton, Ontario, Canada)
October 7, 2007
The beer poured into the glass a beautiful, dark, transparent black colour with a large tan coloured head. The taste was malty with some hints of caramel (the possible sweetness in the aroma). A nice bitter finish. This was a very good beer.

12 oz draught
8.0% ABV
I tried this beer on October 5, 2007 at "Smokeless Joe's" in Toronto. The aroma of the beer is blue cheese. The bartender told me it was 'blue cheese meets beer'...I laughed....I sniffed...........and damned if he wasn't right. The colour of the beer was a reddish brown. The mouthfeel was full and creamy with some mild carbonation. The taste was very similar to the smell. Beer with Blue Cheese. This was my first Flemish sour.....and it may be my last!

The mouthfeel was very thin and watery, none of the carbonation as seen in the glass. The taste was very reminiscent of North American pale lagers as well..........
