The aroma was malt and sugar. It was a sweet smell. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, slightly creamy, and medium carbonated. The flavour is primarily malty, but there is a peppery sense to the taste as well as an almost licorice taste.

The odour is that of roasted malts with some spices such as clove. The mouthfeel is creamy, medium bodied, somewhat dry, and very little carbonation. The flavour is more of the malt and spices that come through in the aroma.

The aroma was very weak with some barely discernable hoppy notes. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with some mild carbonation. The flavour was alright with no strong overpowering flavours. Very drinkable, but nothing special.

The aroma was sour cherries and not much else. The mouthfeel was sour, full-bodied, slightly creamy and champagny. The flavour was powerfully sour cherries, and a huge bite on the back of the tongue.

The beer poured a nice red into the glass with a huge frothy white head that did not want to go away. The aroma was heavy on the raspberry. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, and heavily carbonated............but not quite champagne-like. The flavour was that of a small amount of hops combined with a lot of raspberries.

Against the wooden table, the beer almost had a metallic look. The aroma was weakly malty with some grass. The mouthfeel was very light-bodied but not watery. Very little carbonation was evident. The taste is weakly malty.

The beer poured a beautiful translucent red colour with a 1 inch tan coloured head. The aroma was hoppy and slightly sour. The mouthfeel was full-bodied and creamy with mild carbonation. The taste was hoppy as well, with some bitterness on the side of the tongue.
