4-pack from the LCBO in green Duvel bottles. Pours a hazy yellow colour with a big white frothy head, good retention and wavy lacing. Wheat nose at first, but eventually the lemon citrus sourness comes out. Smooth Belgian Ale yeast is also present here and in the taste. Mild lemon flavours with the orange in the background, but not really zest, and not much of the coriander. Nothing bad, but just lacking the nice attack of a witbier.

Purchased a single bottle on my trip to Maine. Pours a hazy golden colour with a long lasting, creamy white head. Yeasty Belgian Ale nose with mild orange. The taste has a little more bite, but the spices are still too light. Slightly creamy, wet mouthfeel. A nice refreshing witbier.

4-pack from the LCBO. Pours a cloudy beige-yellow with a massive white head and some creamy lacing. Nice wheat, orange aromas with notes of citrus and coriander. The taste is pretty mild though with a little Belgian Ale yeast and the spices-orange in the background. I like St. Bernardus and I like Witbier, but this is nothing to crazy. Better than lots, and it changes at every sip. A little lacking in the flavours.

Mildly hazy, peach-caramel colour with a big frothy off-white cap, decent retention and a few foamy spots left on the glass. Cherry juice aromas with some yeast notes and grassiness, alcoholic, bitterness coming out. Very mild cherry taste with some rusty water that lingers. Wet mouthfeel, kind of thin. Not getting much of the Wit part. Feels like a very light ABV fruit session beer. No more.

Beautiful blueberry aromas from the start with a nice blend between the fruitiness and sweetness. Hazy amber colour with golden highlights.Some particles eventually make it in this one. The head is warm, light beige-pinkish, frothy, somewhat creamy with good retention and lots of lacing. The fruits are continuing in the flavours with some vanilla notes. A nice smooth dryness concludes with some light lingering. A little rich in the nose, but it is a nice fruity witbier.

Can that pours a lightly hazy, light-golden colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and some nice foamy lacing streaks. Lots going on in the aromas, starting with the sweeter wheat, then nice spices and berry notes. The taste has good sweetness, spiciness, all with the balance of hops in the finish. Decent dryness to cut the richness. A pretty interesting witbier with a nice blend of orange and coriander, and other notes.

500ml bottle from the brewery pouring a lightly hazed, light bright golden-yellow colour. The head is huge, almost overflowing, off-white, frothy, soapy, very long lasting and leaving some thick foamy lacing. Big oranges in the nose with some nice Belgian yeast and spices. The taste shows nice Witbier with the orange notes and spices. Lightly dry finish, but not too much. Still refreshing with the low alcohol, a good light Witbier.

Pours a slight hazy bright yellow colour with a frothy-bubbly off-white cap, average stay and a few foamy spots of lacing. Orange fruitiness in the nose with mild spices and Witbier yeast. The orange peel does taste as well with not much bitterness. Again, spices are light. Somewhat watery, and a little tad rich on the other side. Some hops do help out in the finish, but this one seems short. An alright Witbier.

Very slightly unfiltered, light-yellow colour with a big white frothy cap, long lasting and leaving some foamy spots. Big fruity aromas with oranges, apples and even some pears. Hints of spices, also found in the taste. Fresh Golden apple taste that have that pear flavour. Light dry finish. A nice refreshing beer, but a Witbier it is not really.

Ginger is definitely coming through in the nose with the witbier yeast and some alcohol bite. The ginger is still what comes out on top in the flavours, with hints of pineapple and what happens in the finish is the alcoholic bite with the hop bitterness. Fairly dry as well, as it lingers. An interesting strong, fruity, hoppy beer.

Brewed in Canada by Brasseurs du Monde. Pours a slight hazy golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent retention and some creamy-foamy lacing wavy lacing. Malty and fruity nose with some orange and apple notes. There is definitely a Belgium touch to this. Hoppy nose at first, but seems to balance itself. This hop is also in the taste giving some minty feel. Herbal, but bright. Again, apples in there. More like a lighter Tripel than a Witbier. Or just a regular good Belgian Ale. More apples over oranges. More hops over coriander.

Then, the spices, banana and other floral notes come out. The wheat comes out in the flavours with the bananas again. Not too sweet, not syrupy with mild hops dry finish. Fairly light mouthfeel. Really feels like a Witbier with a lightly hoppier finish. Still, pretty tame overall with all of the nice things added to this one. I am a big Earl Grey fan and the Bergamot does not come through enough. Still pretty good !

Golden-yellow colour with a nice frothy white cap with bubbles, average retention and not much lacing. More lemon smell than basil, so fresh citrus and mild basil aromas that come out eventually. The lemon is what is tasted mostly. Kind of cucumber-basil garden freshness all-around. Gets a little hazy at last pour. Quite a refreshing summer light brew.

The taste is kind of soapy with the citrus and spices in the background, but all very mild. The mouthfeel is a little tarty. A little too light, a little too thick - which makes it not really refreshing like the witbiers I like. Maybe too watery in the taste and feel.

Can from the brewery that pours a lightly hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a soapy off-white cap that stays a little and leaves foamy streaks. Mildly sweet aromas from the oranges, malts and yeast. Gets hazier as it pours. Hard to get the coriander, but a little spicy. Light orange flavours with some decent hops in the finish. Slightly dry. Alright, but not my favourite witbier. Good session brew for the lower alcohol, but just lacking the orange zest and coriander punch.

Golden-pink-amber colour, hazy with a big creamy light peach head, great lasting and patchy lacing. Some particles all-around. Nice berry aromas with some sweet yeast, sugars. The taste shows the fruit, a little more on the natural side. Some mild tart on the tongue. Pretty refreshing, fruity, sweet fruit beer that is not complex. Good for summer though.

Slightly hazy, golden colour with an amber hue. The frothy head is warm-white, long lasting with some small creamy lacing. The orange notes and coriander are very present in the nose. Lots of bananas as well from the wheat. The taste is a little toned down, helping with the refreshing crisp mouthfeel that this one should do. Somewhat yeasty, with some oat feeling. If you like the richness and sweetness of wheat in beer, this witbier is for you.

The taste has some sweetness from the oranges and decent hops in the finish. This bitterness balances things for the lack of alcohol. This works well for a light witbier. Even, a tad too rich.

The mouthfeel is wet with just a touch of dryness. Lemon peel flavours with again, a tad spices. A nice Witbier with a little more lemony aspect, over orange that feels like a light one, but 5% ABV is there.

First beer from this brewery for me, pouring a bright, slightly hazy, golden-yellow with a small white cap, fizzing away rather quickly, and just a little lace left on the brew. Orange peel nose with some coriander-spices and herbal notes. The mouthfeel is kind of flat, on the thicker side for the style, but just a touch of dryness helps. Mild, blended taste from the oranges, spices and witbier yeast. It's alright, more like an old school witbier.

The taste is milder, with the berries, light sourness and a tad tart left on the tongue. Gets a little hazy at the last pour. Some decent herbal touch help out, but still a little milder in the mouth, and not as good as the Ephémère fruity series was.

Lightly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a fizzy-bubbly white cap, not much stay and a little ring around the brew. Lemon aromas with hints of camomile, honey sweetness. The taste shows the witbier base with mild citrus and spices. The smooth honey touch lingers with a tad floral note of camomile. A nice blend of styles that is easy to drink, remind me of tea blended with a Witbier.

Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a big creamy, warm cap that stays quite a long time and leaves streaks of nice creamy lacing. Fresh pomegranate aromas with light spices. The taste shows the same, but lighter. A little sourness, a little tang and some decent fruitiness lingers. Reminds me of their older Éphemère series with the fruits. One of the better ones from the fruit-Blanche de Chambly series.

Lightly hazy with very tiny particles through it, a white bubble, fizzy cap that last a bit, and minimal lacing is left. Fruity aromas with a touch of sourness, hints of wheat. The taste is quite mild, watered-down light mango and wheat. Lots of particles show up as it pours, but does not add much flavours. Haziness does get cloudier. Hints of spices, but nothing to salvage this one - which I expected a lot more.

Big lemon, citrus aromas with the corriander, spicy nose and wheat blending banana-bubble gum hints. The flavours shows beautiful fresh herbal notes with the citrus well-balanced and a touch of spices. A lightly different Witbier, but with a bright nice touch that goes down well.
