54 | Highland Gaelic Ale | United States | Amber Ale | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6 Okay this is my fourth beer tonight so this may not be a fair rating. It's got zero head with no head. The color is amber with no bubbles.there is no noticeable aroma. And it's not bitter but has no real flavor. Must try as my first beer of the night. |

56 | Palm Belgique | Belgium | Amber Ale | 2.8
Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Pretty good ale to have on a hot summer day serve red ice cold. I was surprised to learn it was a Belgian beer because it doesn't have the full flavor of other Belgians. This would be a great beer to introduce pale lager drinkers into upping them into better quality brews. |

64 | Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Barley Wine | United States | American Barleywine | 3.0
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6 I found this barley wine to be very weak in aroma, mouthfeel, taste and appearance. Compared to other barley wines that I have drank. I'm not saying this is bad just not as full and rich as others. I could taste the bourbon on the back of the roof of my mouth. It's 10% abv is noticeable but the lack of solid malt, barley, wine & fruit. Makes presence of a zing of bitter taste but very slight. |

66 | Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Ale | United States | American Barleywine | 2.8
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 5 Pours out a murky reddish brown color. The aroma scares me because I can smell the hops. The mouthfeel is just above average but oh shit the hops are very noticeable. The taste is hard to figure out because the hops are so present. This is not a barleywine as far as my taste buds are concerned. It's hoppy but I'm able to drink it but it is border line Pour it out". At $21 for a bottle it's over priced by at least $10. |

72 | Left Hand Fade to Black, Volume 4: Rocky Mountain Black Ale | United States | American Black Ale | 1.8
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 3 Pours out as black as coal with no head. The aroma is all hops . The mouthfeel, who knows it's so damn hoppy. The taste is very bitter and hoppy not at all a beer I can enjoy. I don't like a hoppy beer so my review is not fair to you that enjoy them. |

73 | Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale | United States | American Black Ale | 2.8
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4 Pours out extremely dark brown almost black with a massive lingering tan head. The aroma is mostly of hops. The mouthfeel is rich and thick. The taste is good but all I can describe is the hops. It's a little bitter but not so bad I can't drink it. Not something I would be interested in drinking again. It's so hoppy I wound up pouring out 3/4 of the bomber. |
