3 | Ommegang Game of Thrones 004: Valar Morghulis | United States | Abbey Dubbel | 3.7
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Pours out two inches of dark brown fluild with 5 inches of thick long lasting tan head. The aroma is heavy and strong of alcohol. The taste is pretty plain when serve red cold. However as it warms up it turns into a malt & yeast party.* shake the hell out of the last two ounces to loosen the sediment. It increases the aroma and sweetens the taste. |

5 | Black Diamond Bourbon Barrel Grand Cru | United States | Abbey Dubbel | 3.8
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 Pours out a extremely dark brown just this side of black. The aroma is of vinegar and wine. The mouthfeel just a notch above average. The taste hits you at first as sour . Then you get the balanced note of vanilla with the unsweetened fruit. The label states it taste like bible gum but I don't get that . I do get the bourbon and oak. This is very unique and complex. Note it was impossible to shake all the sediment off the bottom of the bottle. |

12 | Corsendonk Pater (Abbey Brown Ale) | Belgium | Abbey Dubbel | 2.9
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6 If you like a thick foamy head this is the beer for you. It's dark brown in color and has the aroma of malt. I found the mouthfeel to be a little thin. And the flavor to be a little mild with hints of malt and not much else. It's smooth but not very impressive. |

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 This elixir poured out a beautiful dark copper ice tea brown. The aroma is of dates, figs sugar cane. The mouthfeel is total happiness. The flavor is of deep rich sweet malt, whiskey, honey , bourbon and yeast. This is good enough to pour on pancakes.however the high a very kicks you in the face. It's not very well hidden by the flavors. |

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 Pours out deep brow with a ever lasting foamy head. The aroma is bold. The mouthfeel is thick. The taste is good but hard to think about because I'm drunk. I need to buy this one again. Okay I'm sober this time and this is sweet and rich with the taste of banana. 19 | Boulevard Bourbon Barrel Quad | United States | Abbey Quadrupel | 4.1
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8 Pours out dark murky, unfiltered with a big massive long lingering head. The aroma had distinct notes of cherry and oak. The mouthfeel is solid and thick. The taste is complex and so well balanced it covers the high ABV. I like the suttle sweetness. |

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 10 Pours out a dark golden brown and cloudy hue after only pouring out a inch of liquid. There is a massavive head that just clings on forever. The aroma is just really nothing. The mouthfeel is like drinking cement. The taste is very complex wth sweet Barleywine notes. |

23 | Kasteel Barista Chocolate quad | Belgium | Abbey Quadrupel | 4.0
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 I'm always leery of anything labeled chocolate when it comes to beer. But this was very much a surprise. Good thick rich of in your face dark fudge taste that's just. Right on the edge of being to sweet. And it was better tasting when cold rather tha as it warmed up. |

24 | Rochefort Trappistes 10 | Belgium | Abbey Quadrupel | 3.8
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8 Pours out a deep brown color with no head. The aroma of alcohol is very present with hints of spice. The mouthfeel is smooth but has some sting from the alcohol. To get the best taste it's best to let it warm up. To get the best taste from this ale. Shake up the laste two ounces in the bottle. Then hold on to your taste buds. |
