The taste is fantastic, one of the best dopplebocks that I have tasted. You can really taste the malts and caramel notes. The mouthfeel is heavy but not overtly so, abv doesn't over power anything,

pours with a thin white head and a clear, fairly bubbly, straw color with little lace. The aroma is of sweet, bready barley malt and a shadow of a hop sting. The taste is of sweet bread, lemon, paper, a touch of syrup, and a kiss of hops. The mouthfeel is light and watery, and finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, mostly dry, extremely drinkable, and delicious. What a wonderful surprise! This might be the best mass-produced light beer on the market. I rate this one excellent.

The aroma reminds me of a good yeast roll with hits of citrus and coriander. The taste reflects the aroma, but pick up more prominent coriander, leaving a trace bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium while the carbonation is moderate but contributes to the overall mild dry finish.

Pours a hazy cloudy light yellow color with light white ring of foam, not much head, but it did leave lacing. The aroma is mild spicy phenols and a hint of bready malt. The taste follows through with light malt, a hint of spice, very well balanced. The mouthfeel was a lighter in body with smooth carbonation. It's an easy drinker and good to have on a warmer day.

There's a touch of spiciness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium body with a creamy and smooth mouthfeel. Carbonation is soft.

Pours a cloudy blood orange hue with small head with sporadic lacing speckles. The aroma is of wheat and honey and tons of booze. Hay and corn syrup. Caramel all over the place. Hops are very complacent. It first smells like just your average Barleywine, but then the wheat really sets in. Dry, milled wheat. Super-sweet overall. The taste has its highs and lows. Starts of sweet and complex. Then finishes too boozy. Liqueur dipped fruitcake. Toasted Wheat Thins with dried prunes on top. Citrusy with a herbal hop character. The mouthfeel is full, sticky and syrupy and very dry with moderate bitterness. Carbonation is quite soft.

Pours a cloudy medium brown color with orange/red highlights with a small creamy tan head with an excellent showing of lace and a good amount of retention. The aromas are fantastic, rich and sweet malts are dominant and remind me of brew day for my homebrews. Aromas of caramel and molasses combine with nutty and earthy notes. The taste features dark malts and chocolate, with some earthy, maple character while other flavors are nuts, oak/wood, and roasted malts. A big and malty beer, but the sweetness doesn't overpower at all. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, with a good amount of carbonation. The finish is of nuttiness and sweetness, but is also balanced by the earthy hops.

Pours a dark ruby color, topped with an small off white head, leaves some good lacing. The aroma has a big sweet and spicy aroma, lots of candy sugar, curacao peel, orange and some other spices. The taste is of candy sugar, fruit (a mix of orange and cherry), curacao peel and spice, as well as some sweet caramel malt, it's actually pretty well balanced. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth feel with moderate to slightly high carbonation.

pours an opaque apricot juice colour, the head poured out a small white foamy bubbles settling down to thin slip, with even a little lacing. The aroma is exactly like a fresh cut apricot, sweet and fruity with a little tartness. Subtle notes of yeast, but the primary aroma is apricots. Some very faint muskiness. The taste is sweet apricots, with some breads, and a chaser of yeast. The flavour is of true apricots, not artificial flavours with just a little hint of melon muskiness. The mouthfeel is very pleasant and light to medium bodied, overall very refreshing.

pours a very dark mahogany/red with small bubbly white head that lasted about 20 seconds and has very little lacing. The aroma is a funky grassy,cherry and a yeasty body. The taste is cherry and then some funky earthiness. Tastes better after every sip. Sweet with a very very very mild tartness. The mouthfeel is not as carbonated as I expected, but is smooth and is light and refreshing, medium boided.

The taste rather malty and has lots of flavors of caramel and toasted malts along with a bit of sweetness and a slight amount of bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.

The taste has a bitter hops and malt that then kicks up with extra bitter goodness in the second round. The flavors have almost a chocolate to dark fruit flavors. The mouthfeel has good carbonation light and refreshing and light bodied.

pours a very cloudy pale peach colored body with a huge, frothy white head and tons of carbonation bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. The aroma was citurs, dark dried fruits, wheat, some banana, apples, sweet malt. The taste has lots of sweet fruity flavors coming through, more sweet malt flavors than wheat. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, medium carbonation, full flavored.

pours a pale gold color with a big bubbly, white head with decent retention and some patchy lacing. The aroma has a nice malt aroma with grainy, bready, and cereal notes. There are some spicy and somewhat floral hop aromas here, too. Really nice pilsner aroma. The taste is pretty much follows the aroma with sweet bready and grainy malts followed by smoothly bitter, spicy, and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with great carbonation, a slightly creamy but also refreshing and slightly bitter, spicy, and dry finish.

Pours a mahogany dark brown color with good clarity with a soft white head with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is more hoppy than malty and more citrus forward with tropical fruit notes. The malts have a bready malt with a hint of darker astringent malts. A big estery character that is more of a deterrent than anything. The taste is on par with the aroma with hops up front with limited malt backing. Also has citrus, grapefruit and pine and some minor chocolate notes but hidden by esters and tropical fruits and coconut. The mouthfeel is moderate but somewhat sweet in the finish. Carbonation is good.
