Pours a small bright white head, body is a translucent light gold, and leaves very light webbed lacing. The aroma is light breadiness, lightly roasted grains, light corn, and very slight grassiness. The taste is much like the aroma, there is light roasted malt, some soaked grains and corn, a nice bitter crust flavor, some prominent minerals, and grassy hops into the finish. The mouthfeel is on lighter side of medium, medium carb is smooth and provides some scrub that accentuates the bitter and grassy hop flavors.

Pours a clear, gold color. medium sized head of a white color. Great retention and good lacing. The aroma has a hint of hop, pale malt, lager yeast, hint of wheat, and a hint of alcohol. Fits the style of a Maibock. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is also a good level of dryness for a Maibock. The tastes is of pale malt, wheat, lager yeast, hint of hop, and slight sweet malt.

Pours a clear golden color with minimal head. I would normally expect the unfiltered look for this style, but this one looks rather pristine. The aroma is straight banana with some what malt to back it up. No hop presence to speak of. The taste is well balanced with lots of fruity banana flavors that are kept in check by dry wheat malt notes. The mouthfeel is light and moderately carbonated.

Pours a cloudy murky reddish brown with a tightly bubbled off white head that shows moderate retention. The aromas consist of banana and clove with hints of spice, light fruit, and earth. The taste is fruity and spicy with clove and banana dominating. Light yeasty earthy flavors come in as well. The mouthfeel is medium body with a spirited level of carbonation and a bubbly sweet feel.

The taste is a good blend of banana, wheat, yeast, clove, bubblegum while being slightly tart on the peppery finish The mouthfeel is lighter in body, with a nice balance with a clean finish.

pours a hazy orange color, medium head that vanishes very soon, small lace, very weird color for a beer. Aroma of sweet citrus orange and grapefruit, spices. The taste is not overwhelmingly grapefruit, but that is definitely the loudest tone. There is some hefe presence back there as well. Medium body, palate is a bit sour. Note I can't stand grapefruit, so that's part of why rating is way it is.

Pours a slightly unclear light golden with a small cap that leaves some lacing. Aroma is of cereals, yeast and some light sulfur. Taste is of cereals, a little husky and pretty much completely dry. Moderately high bitterness. Light peppery ending to it.

Pours a crystal clear straw in color. Head is briefly white, then nonexistent. No lacing. The aroma is of grain, grass, slight sweetness. A bit fruity. Very faint citrus. The taste is like the aroma grain and grass, some malty sweetness. The mouthfeel is light with a snap of crispness.

pours clear golden, little shunkie smell. This is typical of the German mainstream beers. Unlike other German beers best served cold which does make it refreshing.

Skunky armoa, nice reddish brown body, but virtually no head. Typical taste for mainstream German beer, but not quite as good as regular Beck's. Also unlike most German beers, this one best served cold.

This is the best of the Beck's line that I've tasted. I love Oktoberfest beers and this one was good, better then expected but I'm not a huge Beck's fan. Pour with great amber color, with a good head that hangs around for a while. It has a good carmel taste which was smooth and easy to drink. Matches nicely with cheese and crackers.

Its a light beer so don't expect to much, but if you are watching your waistline it is low in calorie. Like most Beck's beers you need to get this one cold. This one has a far less skunky aroma then other Beck's beers.

one of my favorite beers regardless of the time of year. pour dark brown with nice light brown head. great armoma of honey and chocolate & malt. This is what a dopplebock should be. The taste is out of this world.

Poured a hazy, pale straw with a dense, sticky, long-lasting white head. The aroma is lightly herbal to lightly citrus hops. Some light crackery malts with warmth. The taste is mellow, crackery malt at first taste -- immediately eclipsed by herbal, bitter hops. Herbal bitterness follows into the finish and aftertaste. The Mouthfeel is soft to crisp with a light body.

Pours a slightly hazy, dark copper color with a one to two finger, wheat colored head, low retention, and little or no lacing. Aromas of banana, fresh bread, clove, pepper and sea salt. The taste is Semisweet with more toffee or raisin flavor, otherwise following the nose. Solid bitterness is a bit overbalances the relative light, subtle flavors. the mouthfeel is medium bodied with light effervescence.

pours a rich amber orange, hazy, big white head that very slowly subsides leaving huge streaks of lacing. The aroma is spice, yeast esters, red apples, cinnamon, big clove notes. Taste leads with mild banana, apple pie filling, molasses, fruity yeast, but spice notes become more pronounced as it warms. Carbonation is crisp and full, while the mouthfeel is slick and coating.

The aroma is moderate to heavy with banana and clove, also there are some lighter hints of wheat. The taste is very similar to the aroma, the predominant flavors are banana and clove (spice) along with some wheat and yeast. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation.
