  Another "Deep South" beer of choice. Part of the genius is the marketing. Sweetwater is at every local concert, festival, or happening in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. They also offer free brewery tours and parties at the brewery twice a week. Great taste, slightly bitter, thoroughly enjoyable.

  One of the best, although I agree that the quality is somewhat declined since Terrapin Brewing transferred from Athens to Maryland. This review is generally before the switch, but still a great beer.

  I give Southpaw a high overall rating due to the cost effectiveness. I know there are many better beers out there, but none that offer the bang for the buck. Having friends over? Buy some Southpaw.
