This beer has a lot of flavor. Pours deep dark brown with a thick tan head. Has a smokey taste too it with a lasting aftertaste. I feel there is a lot to this beer when you taste it and look at it....it just makes you appreciate microbrews. Very satisfying!!!!!!!

Summit brewing has better beers than this one, but you will find it more regular on a bar menu than any others. It has a thin head with a smooth but slightly assertive mouthfeel. I think it tastes a little like orange peels it you had one in your mouth. I like the medium copper color of the beer. This is a satisfying one for your stock bar!!!!!

This beer has a full body appearance in the pint glass. I like the copper color to it and it has a small head with heavy carbonation. I had three of these and it gave me a nice "buzz". Thank you Oregon brew company!!!

This is my first Doppel Bock ever! I was thinking going into it that it would be darker than a porter but I was wrong. It had a caramel aftertaste to it that lingered for a few seconds. It was smooth going down with an assertive taste at the end. This beer was imported by White Plains, NY.

The brew had a small head to it with a deep amber color. Wasn't a very assertive taste to it which is a bummer! Seemed to be a little flat tasting, but the aftertaste presented a sweet bite at the end. Not too bad to have on hand for stock. The price was a little steep I thought.
