made in erding near munchen, this is in the top 5 weiss beers in the world. probably beaten only by it's direct local competitors schneider, franziskaner, augustiner, and maisel. here in los angeles, we drink it in venice at "on the waterfront " pub. very refreshing.

unknown throughout the world, somewhat know in germany, it is the best german pils. more distinctive than its larger competitors warsteiner, konigspils, bitburger, etc. my wife and i enjoy it frequently at our home in stuttgart. crisp and clean, great lace with an excellent malt finish. superb unknown beer!
