Golden clear pour with a medium sized sudsy white head. Some lacing. Aroma of clover, bread dough, yeast and booze. Grass and gasoline harshness. Some bread crusts. Lots of lemon and rum. Finish is very sweet with a bit of spice. Not much going on here.

Pours deep gold with a medium sized white head. Quick disipation. Tiny bead carb. Sweet perfumey soap aroma. Flavours have stewed strawberries and cantelope. Pretty good.

Pours clear red/abmer with a thin soapy white head. Aroma of light toffee, cookie malts, and some vegetable nuiances. Some chocolate, wood, brown bread crusts. A Smidgen of brown sugar. Toasty dry finish. Thin.

Quite a world class beer. Borderlines on malt liqour but has a great deal of complexities. Sorry about the malt liqour crack. Pours honey gold with a quickly disipating big white, small beaded head. Aroma of stewed pears, yeast, sweet malts and an underlining alcohol. For something of this magnitude it hide the ABV very well. Very fruity. My 3 year old bottle is still very lively. Hops have certainly dropped out and given this beer a distict sweet fruit character. It has aged very well, but, it could do with a bit more bitter offerings. Some apple cider vinegar shows up in the nose and finish. Very nice.

Pours deep gold with some cloud. A big firm foamy white head. Bready tripel aroma with apple and spice. Not nearly as much hop as I would have expected but surely bitter. Bitter and burnt. Herbal and earthy with some tobbacco. Alcohol is very obvious. Caramel, grapefruit pith. It's very balanced (not as well as DFH90). Very nice and some mint in the finish.
