Why Eat Limburger Cheese BEFORE Reviewing ?!?

Jay is right about the price of Limburger. Not expensive enough to be behind the Deli counter, but probably one of the most expensive per ounce products in the Dairy cooler. ;) I have bought Limburger cheese locally a couple times, since this posting this review. The infamous "aroma" is that of spoiled milk. If you can get past the smell, it's a tasty one. Eat the rind too.

I've watched a few dozen of Jay's reviews and I agree with Greg Koch of Stone, the guy is a as clueless about beer as they come. They're always good for a laugh.

Fieldwork now has a second location open daily in downtown Sacramento. GREAT place!

Rare Barrel in Berkeley is a FANtastic brewery for sour lovers, and also has some great guest taps. Cellarmaker in SF is awesome, but always packed. Fieldwork, also in Berkeley, is like Cellarmaker, but without the crowd. I strongly recommend a visit.
