Who's a fan? I dig their beer, but the average bottle
costs even more per ounce than Mikkeller. But I keep going back :). The biggest surprise so far has been Ron and the Beast Ryan. Great brew.

They've done a collaboration beer with a Toronto based brewery (Bellwoods) that is supposedly pretty tasty.

This brewery, and in general Scandanavian breweries are leading my taste buds to new extremes and challenges all the time, very excited about it. Oslo seemed to have as much awesome beer as Portland... Maybe they got something going with all their green industry, it must be the 5 kinds of pickled herring and eels with blue cheese at breakfast, mainly the constipation....

Had my 20th beer from them last night. My buddy made the comment the night before while we were really enjoying the Femme Fatale Brett "they are really climbing, huh?" Yes. Yes they are. (My)average score is just north of 4.0! Only one (3.0) beer under a 3.6 out of 20, and that was because it was a hoppy pale ale that tasted old. Pretty amazing quality, though I will admit the scores scew high because of the vast array of imperial stouts and porters and the like. But damn, do they do them well. And two of the better one's are a bretted ipa and a saison. The only negative is that they are so beeping expensive, beyond even the average price of a Mikkeller, my favorite foreigners.

Yes. And I didn't even realize it was an ipa...i saw brett beer and Evil Twin, and was sold. My surprise at the wonderful hoppy funky aroma was rather sizeable [:D]
