Rumor has it that they've purchased property in Alcoa, Blount, Co., TN at the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Rumor has it. They are supposed to make a statement about where they are going to build, if they build[;)], within the next 6-8 weeks. Also, the Grossman family was in Alcoa about a month ago getting a city and county tour from City Officials, supposedly, according to a few beer blogs and weekly newspapers around here. I will believe and celebrate when it happens. Until then... One can dream and hope. It would be WONDERFUL for the craft beer industry in TN if they do make that move and build here.
