As in many great beginnings an idea fuels a dream then the dream becomes a passion. Once the passion becomes an obsession great things happen. Mix this in with a bunch of creativity and persistence with a strict focus on quality. What you have as the end results is one wonderful product that we are eager to share with every willing individual who has the passion for a great beer. As two home brewers, Erich and Brent realized they had the same belief: We brew beer because we love beer and want to share beer for those who love to drink beer. Currently, Studio Brew is piloting our beers and deciding the precise flavors that we think will best represent our clientele's palate and menu. Our goal is to create beers for restaurants and pubs that will bear the name of that establishment, provide a match to the menu or the general style of the business and help create a bridge between those businesses who want their own beer poured and do not have the time, space and capital it would take to start a brewery. We are brewers for hire, in a sense. In reality, what we are and what we do is enhance your customer's experience by matching beer styles and flavors to the food you already serve. What beer goes best with the menu you worked so hard to create? We know and we can build a beer menu, or add the one flavor to your taps that will set off your main fare. The beer is served in your glasses, by your staff and is named by you. We will train your staff on proper beer handling and matching so that your customers are as happy as possible at the end of the meal!
