Well, it is beer that is brewed in the traditional fashion - hard work and a lot of luck. Only this beer is made with organic malt and organic hops -- i.e. not grown with any pesticides. You should know what organic means by now. Like most things grown organically, it tastes better! Yep, that's right. The ingredients aren't massed produced and sprayed with stabilizers and preservatives. They have to move quickly to stay fresh. That means... fresher beer for you. So don't freak out. Just because it is better for the earth doesn't make it good for you! Besides, you look like you could use a few less pesticides in your diet.
