When Gerhardt Petersen and Jørgen Wæver Johansen feared that the estate of the company should be sold to a foreign company, and subsequently be dismantled and moved out of Greenland, they put an effort to find investors to bid for the estate. It succeeded the two entrepreneurs to gather a group and it was a happy gathering of investors, consisting of Gerhardt Petersen Kalistat Lund, Rasmus Christian Rasmussen, Jørgen Wæver Johansen, Peter Erik Thomsen, Per Brinch Rødgaard in 2010 to start a brewery Nanoq Beer Greenland.
