Brewery went out of business in 2007 The Maverick Brewing Co. is Alberta's first and only destination craft brewery. The basic criteria for a destination style brewery is a unique building with a high profile location. With this in mind, we have a long term lease on the historic and beautiful Shaw Building location at 10229 - 105 Street in the heart of downtown Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This building is a recognized Edmonton heritage site constructed in 1913.
