Links: Sign Up to Participate:Kinnegar Brewing makes a range of finely crafted, all natural farmhouse beers. The brewery is named after the nearby Kinnegar Beach just north of Rathmullan in County Donegal. In 2013 Kinnegar expanded from its miniature birthplace into a purpose-built 10 HL facility tucked cleverly into the existing farmhouse environnement where Libby and Rachel grew up. Today the brewery produces five beers in its regular rotation as well a range of once-off special brews. Visits to the brewery offer enthousiasts a complete overview of the brewing process, beginning in the malt loft and continuing through the brew house, the fermentation process, the conditioning cellar, and finally to packaging. All of this in a uniquely compact space ! Afterwards you'll be welcome to taste our range to help you appreciate the influence that different malts, hops and yeasts have on the flavour profile and general character of individual beers.
