It all began in 1933 in a small town far, far away� My story is different. I�m Rauf Khoffner. My story is different and so are my beers. I�m a third generation brewer following in my grandfather, Karl Hoffner�s footsteps, who left Germany in 1933 to brew German-styled beers in Turkey. I�m proudly reviving and using recipes dating back more than 100 years. When I�m not brewing traditional beers honoring the Reinheitsgebot, I remain true to my German roots of producing balanced, smooth and drinkable beers only with authentic and high-quality ingredients. I opened the first Khoffner craft breweries in Antalya, Turkey in 2008 and recently brought my passion to the United States to open the third Khoffner craft brewery in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. BEER IS IN OUR BLOOD. We hope that you like our beers as much as we enjoy making them.
