Sean has helped to build three breweries and has been the Brewmaster at two of them for a total of 16 years. Since 1998 Sean has been the Brewmaster at Canoe Brewpub, in Victoria, B.C., and during that time has developed a portfolio of award winning beers. After years of dreaming about owning his own Brewery, he finally said goodbye to the Canoe Brewpub in August of 2011 and began the next chapter of his story.
