I decided then and there that someday soon I was going to do what I loved to do….BREW! Our brewery is named for its location and its attitude. Until the railroad came in 1884, Frog level was swampland. By the 30’s and 40’s Frog Level was the hustle & bustle in Waynesville. This was the place where blue collar folks worked hard in factories and warehouses to raise families….to do their part to make Haywood County what it is today. My family & I live and work in Frog Level – I want to do my part to bring Frog Level back to her hustle and bustle! Ours beers will be distinct in their attitude and ingredients, by brewing as much “Haywood County” as possible into each batch!!
