No blonde jokes here. This fun little number is a gorgeous dark amber brown ale that is both lightly sweet and toasty in flavor, but with a tease of fresh hops on the nose. The Head Brewmaster named this one after his wife, but she doesn’t get it.

Pours clear caramel with a thick, though somewhat effervescent, buff head. Aroma features caramel and toasted malt notes, not much but still inviting. Flavor delivers more, caramel and toasted malt plus brown sugar, woody hop and subtle earthy tones. Body is thin and fizz lacking, but it goes down nicely and leaves a malty and caramel finish. Go nutty!
