A Thirst For Something Better. "What will you have ?" asked my friend Nigel ( and subsequent co-founder of the Dingle Brewing Company ) when we went to the Pub after a days fishing. I looked at the bar and saw the same old choice. A line up of the usual suspects. " I don't mind " I said, they are all pretty much the same. While I sat down to unwind after a day on the water I thought to myself that it would be great to be able to order a fresh Irish Lager on draught. I mentioned this to Nigel. " Well if you are that upset about it why don't we do something about it " was his reply. After initially discounting his idea we started to explore the possibilities of setting up our own Brewery. That was the first step on what has, so far, been a fascinating journey.
