Arthur's Legacy is being constructed at micro-brewery De Hoorn. The brewery gives brewers the opportunity to brew 1,000-litre batches. Together with four ingredient masters who specialise in the use of herbs, hop, fruit and wood in beer, the brewers' team develops limited prestige editions. The name Arthur's Legacy refers to one of the founders of the brewery: Arthur van Roy. Arthur was a true visionary. He was persistent in his belief regarding the potential of high-fermentation beers. And he was right. Based on his ideas, since 2014, the brewers of micro-brewery De Hoorn have been using their creativity and passion to create new, exceptional and limited edition beers. They always focus on one specific area: hop, fruit, herbs or wood.
