Named after the Goddess of Spring, this mead was created from our blend of three Florida spring honeys - Black Mangrove, Gallberry, and Holly Blossom and three different yeasts (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, Torulaspora Delbrueckii, Lachancea Thermotolerans) to create a profile that is light, fruity, and floral, with a tantalizing kiss of alcohol.
