Our first beer is Summerset. A light coloured Summer ale brewed with the finest whole hop cones and Warminster floor malt. Summerset is a tasty well hopped beer, with a distinctive aroma and taste. It is thirst quenching and specially produced with complex flavours for connoisseurs of fine beer. Its fresh new flavours have been developed using traditional brewing methods.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is spiced, wooden and quite fruity. Flavour is the same. The palate is very watery. Not very exciting, but still refreshing.
