Peaches & Cream! This time around we took a galaxy dry hopped sour IPA brewed with AZ grown and malted barley courtesy of Sinagua Malt as well as some flaked wheat. We then conditioned the beer on peaches, apricots, milk sugar & vanilla beans. We are super happy with how this project turned out! Aromas of strong passionfruit with a huge background of fuzzy ripe peaches. Soft, tart and super refreshing with a nice sticky vanilla finish.

Rated Sept. 2018. Pint can pours with a murky nearly opaque copper gold body that supports a full dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up vague citrus and then lemon mixed with under ripe warm pineapple. The taste delivers initial moments of juicy grapefruit and clementine and then quickly gets into sour slightly puckering grapefruit, lemon and lime. Pretty tasty but far more sour than IPA. Into the after taste a nice thin cracker sort of oat maltiness lingers.
