Our American strong ale collaboration with Eddy from Ale Yeah!, pumped through our Randal with toasted organic cocoa nibs and Serrano chilis. It picked up all of the flavor without having much of the heat; served through our old English beer engine.

Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9
Pours opaque coffee brown with a thin light tan head. Aroma has a strong overtone of wood and molasses, plus earthy, roast malt, and semi-sweet chocolate notes. Flavor has firm notes of alcohol-soaked wood, semi-sweet chocolate, toasted malt, molasses, and mild chili peppers. Firm body has plenty of strong fizz. Worth a hot pursuit!
