Scientists tell us the center of the galaxy smells like raspberries. Galactic Nexus is truly a celebration of our little corner of the universe. This Sour Golden Ale is brewed with entirely local malt and fermented in our oak foeder with our resident microflora. This beer is then re-fermented on 2lbs per barrel of local NC raspberries.
