Bottle: Poured a golden color with fizzy bubbly head. The aroma is citrus and fruit. Taste was nice floral flavor but also had bite of citrus to make it complex.

Very pale color, low on carbon taste. Not too much bitter taste, even some sweetness. Dissapointing. Had anticipated / expected more of this Belgian tripel. (Arnhem, Cafe Moortgat)

Cloudy yellow colour with huge creamy head. Aroma is citrus fruits, yeast and slight cooked vegetables. Flavour is wheat, acidic fruits and cooked vegetables. The vegetably notes seem to be something typical for the witkap series atleast. In a bad way. This would be nice, if it wouldn’t be for the vegetably notes. hides it’s alcohol% very well. Nice palate in this one too, pleasantly carbonated and also the flavour makes a kind of fullflavoured mouthfeel.

Clear golden colour, low bubbly head. Fruity and sweet aroma of banana, oranges, marmelade and mint. Clean fruity flavour of oranges and nectarines with drier undertones of grassy hops. Herbal, grassy and yeasty aftertaste

Hazy golden with a large white head, nice lacing. Orangey, yeasty aroma. Nice taste of citrus, honey, and spices. Nicely complex and full bodied. One of the best triples.
