Denne øl er det, man i England kalder en "session beer", en øl, man kan drikke mere af uden at blive træt af den. Den har en lavere alkoholindhold end andre WinterCoat øl, og mindre humle. Den er, som navnet siger, mild i smagen, men har overgærens lette frugtsmag uden at være sød, og en dejlig fyldig maltsmag. En særdeles behagelig øl, som vinder i smag efterhånden som den drikkes.

low head with no laces, the color is medium-dark reddish, the aroma is semibitter with a fruit-sweetness trace, the taste is mild and the fruits come through only vaguely while the finish is nice and broad malt. a very complexe taste and great for a low volume beer
