This special one-time-only beer is the product of an in-depth collaboration between two inventive brewmasters -- Eric Johnson of Wild Heaven and the esteemed Wayne Wambles of Tampa's Cigar City Brewing. Built with the base of Munich Lager Southern Symphony is a blend of 3 base beers that have been aged in Gin, Chardonnay, and 2nd pass spirit barrels. Each barrel set refermented with 2 different Brettanomyces strains as well as the addition of Muscadines and Scuppernongs. The best 28 barrels were then selected and blended to produce the final product.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours somewhat hazy topaz with a thick but ephemeral ivory head. Aroma delivers tart grapes, woody, funky and subtle raw malt notes. Flavor provides woody, funky, white wine, grape, gin and malty notes - truly a symphony of taste, and a distinctive one. Texture offers firm, smooth body and delicate fizz. Music for your mouth.
