Ruby Red in color this hoppy west coast style imperial red ale is also aged in Bourbon barrels. After aging in the bourbon barrels we dry hopped this beer with a ton of citrusy hops to create a unique and full flavored beer even the biggest beer geek can enjoy. Recommended pairing for this ale would be a seat next to our outdoor fire pit. The flavors of this ale might overpower a lot of food.
