Pours clear reddish brown with a thick, though not long-lasting, pinkish buff head. Sour blackberry and raspberry dominate the aroma - no surprise there. A little malt manages to make an appearance. Flavor will make your face do calisthenics, but it is very pleasing with berries galore, almost more a raspberry/blackberry wine than a beer but with hints of malts and hops that remind you this is indeed a beer. A little wine-infused wood character makes itself known in the finish. Body is on the thin side, but fizz is good and lasts. Distinctive and a delight for sour lovers.
