La Bonté is open fermented with our house Brettanomyces culture. This beer is then blended with a portion of Golden Sour and onto a half pound per gallon of Italian Plums. La Bonté is then aged in our foeder until it reaches perfection.

Pours hazy apricot with a thick and rather persistent cream-white head. Aroma is not strong, but promises fresh malt and plum along with yeasty and other fruity notes. Tart flavor delivers plum, pear and malty notes, not strong but enjoyable. Mouthfeel features average body but plenty of lively fizz. Maybe not plum fabulous, but plum enjoyable.
