My sample fizzed quite a bit, so have a towel handy. As soon as I opened it, the bottle infused the air around for about a half meter with fig and sour fruit notes. Pours hazy apricot with a thick and frothy eggshell head. Aroma closer in presents fig and other fruit, as well as malty and yeasty hints. Flavor delivers plenty of sour fruit, less fig but more yeast and malt, quite sour with a touch of wood - maybe hops. Mouthfeel features firm body, good fizz, and a sour fruity finish. BTW, do you know that some Biblical scholars believe the "forbidden fruit" in the Garden of Eden was actually a fig?
