Garçon de Ferme is a Foeder-Rested, Brettanomyces farmhouse Ale. After fermentation, this pleasantly tart ale is blended back onto over a pound and a half per gallon of fresh, whole peaches to reflect and echo that the craft of the old has not been wasted on the young.

Pours hazy apricot with a fairly thick but effervescent eggshell head. Aroma delivers a firm note of sourish fruit, mainly peach plus a little apple and a snip of banana. Crisp, fruity flavor presents peach, apple, pear and fresh malt notes; sweet and sour nicely balance each other. Mouthfeel features firm body and OK fizz. I really love these peaches, wanna shake this garçon’s tree!
