A tart farmhouse ale brewed in the rustic spirit of Belgian style farm beers. Primary fermented with our house Brett culture, and blended with Golden Sour Ale, we then add honeysuckle and fresh orange peel and age the beer in our Foedre until it reaches perfection.

Pours clear straw yellow with a thick but effervescent eggshell head. Yeasty, fruity aroma reaches out and touches the olfactory system from at least a half meter away. As one closes in, it becomes increasingly fruity and tart, and a note of malt rears its head. Flavor features face-twisting tartness, balanced by fruity and subtly floral sweetness, riding citrus and fresh malt underpinnings. Mouthfeel delivers thin body but lively fizz. What a gal.
