The Story... Collab with wrecking crew member Amanda. She’s a big fan of all things outer space, and wanted to dedicate this beer to ‘Oppy’ or Opportunity, the Mars Rover that was declared lost Feb 12, 2019. RIP. The Beer... An Irish Red Ale...St. Patrick’s day - dedicated to the robotic rover that spent loads of time on a red planet - seems about right! A lovely red, balanced, easy-drinking pint, with a moderate malt character full of caramel and toasted notes. The highly kilned grain adds a touch of dryness to the finish and adds a very slight touch of roasted flavour.
