Aged for over a year in red wine barrels, local blackberries were added to the barrels for a few more months of oak aging. Striking in color, the tart notes and sweetness from the berries become the perfect compliment to the funky aromatics and acidity of our Wild Sour, enhancing this brettanomyces oak-aged brew.
