This special kettle sour was brewed as a tribute to brewmaster Marvin Dyck’s daughter. With a pink hue from the addition of sweet cherries, this sour balances cherry flavours with tart notes of lemon on the finish. Losing my daughter was one of the darkest days of my life and wrestling through the grief is an ongoing process. I commemorate her life with what I know best, a beer personally crafted in her honour. Dark sweet cherries accompany this kettle sour on its journey much like friends, family and faith have been there for us. I’d love for you to raise a glass and join the journey. We all have sour times in life that need a Sweet Caroline, bah, bah, bah… I can’t wait for my hand to touch her hand again and we’ll have those good times together, forever. Proceeds from the sale of this beer will go to support the amazing volunteer organization, Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, that was there for us in our time of need and fulfilled an amazing purpose, documenting the limited time we had with our sweet Caroline. - Marvin Dyck
