This is a very refreshing and aromatic beer with an identity crisis. Dry-hopped like an IPA without any real bitterness and with a tangy tart acidity twist. Think the mimosa of beers, only without any actual oranges... or just taste it and let us know what you think! I think this is one of those beers that can easily gap between craft beer geeks the newly appointed. Very refreshing with a big dry-hop character that could be easily be mistaken for tropical citrusy juice.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a big thick frothy head and has a clean golden appearance. Sticky lacing. Aromas of herbal and grassy hops, hints of spruce. Flavours are sweet malt, nice mild sour notes, some mild tropical and citrus notes. Smooth and slick mouthfeel.
